Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

We are a small family-owned business and make every effort to get your orders to you as soon as possible.  

For in stock items, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for processing of your order.

Custom orders.  You will be sent an electronic mockup 1 week from us receiving your order details and artwork.  After your approval of the mockup, your order will be shipped out within 3-4 weeks.

We do offer discounts for bulk orders.  Contact us directly to discuss your options.  

We do not offer returns on custom products in the event you are unhappy with the hats after approval. However, we do offer some replacement options if your product does not meet our standards or is incorrect. We approach refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us with any questions.
